About us
We are a non-profit organization with a clear mission: saving lives through education and support in healthcare. Founded by Muresh Thevarasa, a dedicated emergency medic and fire service trainer with roots in Sri Lanka, we are committed to improving health education and emergency care in the country.
Muresh Thevarasa, born in 1995 in Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, brings his personal experiences and professional expertise to make a difference. Shaped by the challenges of life in Sri Lanka and inspired by painful encounters with inadequate medical care, he made it his mission to improve healthcare and first aid in his home country.
Our commitment began in 2024 with a pilot project in collaboration with Jaffna University, where over 80 children and 25 teachers were successfully trained in first aid. This project was just the beginning. We have since built a network of partners and sponsors to expand this initiative nationwide.
Our Goals:
First aid education in schools to teach essential life-saving skills
Promotion of health programs in educational institutions
Support for midwives and other healthcare professionals through targeted training and resources
We believe that education is the key to change—
especially for the younger generation who shape the future of a country.
Our Vision:
A Sri Lanka where every person has access to basic health education and emergency care.
Our Mission:
Together with partners and supporters, we aim to implement sustainable and effective improvements in healthcare in Sri Lanka.
Students are the key to change in a country. – Muresh Thevarasa
